ND-BG Locker Room Revitalization

In January, The Verbicky Family (who have three children attending Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons) took an opportunity to check out the locker rooms at ND-BG. We realized then this could be an opportunity to improve an area of the building in much need of reviatlization.

The following week we approached Mr. Moran to discuss a plan for renovations to make these spaces more functional for the gym classes as well as the ND-BG teams and Drama Productions. 

We have some seed money to initiate the project and together with the school administrators, booster club, and coaches plan to do some fund raising put
together a budget for this project. Combined with volunteers, our fund-raising success will define what we can accomplish with this project. To this end, we
need help from the many skilled members of the ND-BG family. We need help with fund raising, cleaning, demolition, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing,
concrete work, and installation of fixtures/furniture. Even if you have never picked up a tool before, there are ways that everyone can help to make this project
a reality.

We joined Mr. Moran to present this plan to the school Board and received approval. We plan to attend the booster club meeting as well to seek their help as
well. This project will be the next step in upgrading the school and continuing the work started around the fieldhouse and stage lighting & sound system
upgrades of this past year. Together we can make a difference and improve the school for our kids and future students. Please contact us at
