  • Last November 2023, the foundation found a hole in the wall behind a fully finished kitchen. Unknown to anyone, each rainfall caused water damage to the kitchen and surrounding living area. Unfortantly home owners insurance does not cover the repairs. To repair it, a whole new kitchen must be put in along with mold removal. Insurance does not cover foundation issues or leaks
