Delgado Family

Jayden is a 19-year-old kid who works as a server in our dining room.  He is adored by the residents and respected by his co-workers.  It’s difficult to describe this young man in only a few words because he truly possesses so many wonderful layers.  He’s: friendly, funny, kind, loving, hard-working, goal-oriented, and simply walks through life with zest.

Unfortunately, Jayden recently lost his father suddenly and unexpectedly.    

As his co-workers, we are devastated to hear of Jayden’s misfortune.  Working in an industry focused on end-of-life care, we know firsthand how devastating it is for a family to lose a parent, but to lose someone so special at such a young age is truly heartbreaking.   

Over the past few days we have discussed how we could best support Jayden and his family (mother and three younger siblings).  As a group, we determined that a monetary donation would truly be the best support.  This donation would allow Jayden and his family time to grieve properly without the burden of unexpected costs.  However, we can’t do this without your help.  We’re a small group of people and a mere $300 from our employees pockets simply won’t provide Jayden and his family with the support they need.
