Hello, let’s get to know me a little. 

My Name is Larissa Lefroy-Glover i am a very passionate 25year old barrel racer, I have been riding horses since a little girl and have always knew horses are meant to be in my life.

 

I have 6 horses at home and 2 of which are my amazing barrel racing horses that i rescued. They are both off the track standardbreds yes you read correct standardbreds. They have shown me they love the sport and can be the best ever. 

Maggie has been barrel racing for 3-4 years and Missy started 2024 and both girls have gone very far in the sport. We have won a few championships and other placings through out the year. These horses are my whole life all my hard work and training has paid off.

Maggie has just started pulling 1D times. 

And Missy for 2025 has won her self the 4D champion buckle and also the off the track buckle. 

I have been able to make the team for the NBHA national Australian team to ride for Australia again in 2026. This is such an amazing opportunity for me to be able to go for a second year. 

it would be such a dream to be able to travel over to the USA and ride for Australia again. 

However you can imagine the cost associated with this type of trip, including travel, accommodation, competition fees, horse lease fee, etc, are very significant, I am looking for help from the beautiful community to help try achieve this dream and get me over to the USA to compete.
