The Lakes Church Nature Playground

Throughout 2016 The Lakes Church has been looking for new ways to invest in families. We have a hundred families as part of our playgroups during the week and up to a hundred kids over the weekend with kids clubs and church services. As part of investing in families we have been preparing to build a nature playground.
The nature playground will be for everyone here all throughout the week. The nature playground will be a safe and fun place for kids to have fun and run around. It will be an investment in adults too, as more in-depth, God-led conversations can be had while the kids are having fun in the playground. The playground will benefit all ages.
The nature playground will be for those who are yet to come. Kids who aren’t born yet. Families that we haven’t met yet. People that God wants to reach, and he will use our welcoming space, including this playground, as a basis for introducing himself to them.
Join us in our excitement about the investment in our kids and families, in those who are yet to come, in the nature playground as an environment that will help people meet God.
We are aiming to raise the money to build the playground from our community. Please join us in praying, considering and preparing for how you might be able to give towards this nature playground.
