As a group, STP&SD are fully behind the Nationwide principal of helping others - with the fundraising we do through Social Investment being a great example. We selected The Children's Air Ambulance as our main charity for 2022 and this campaign page is one channel we use in capturing donations.
The Children's Air Ambulance is a lifesaving transfer service for critically ill babies and children. When a child is too sick to travel, it can fly medical teams and bespoke equipment to them from across the UK, turning their local hospital into a specialist centre. There are two helicopters - G-TCAA based at Oxford and G-PICU based at Doncaster - between them providing national coverage.
