Nathan's Legacy: Ryan's Education Fund
Beschermde donatie
As you may know, our dear friend Nathan Sundberg tragically and unexpectedly passed away on May 15, 2025. This was a shock to everyone, and we are all grief-stricken. Nathan was a loving husband and father, a brother in Christ and a member at The Village Church, as well as an entrepreneur. One of Nathan’s proudest moments was becoming a dad to Ryan in 2022. We take comfort in knowing that Nathan is now at peace in his eternal resting place with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Nathan left behind his beloved wife, Morgan, and their two-year-old son, Ryan, whose lives have taken a sharp turn into uncertainty. As Morgan is working through the grief associated with losing Nathan, we are all wondering what we can do to help.
Morgan is mourning the future they were planning together as a family. She is devastated that Ryan will grow up without his father. One area we can collectively show up for her is to ensure Ryan is cared for financially, as Nathan worked hard to provide for them. Let us show Ryan how loved his father was by giving him a tangible gift of security.
OUR ASK IS TO PLEASE HELP US COMPLETELY FUND RYAN’S FUTURE HIGHER EDUCATION EXPENSES. THIS CAN BE ONE LESS THING WEIGHING ON MORGAN.
Upon raising $40,000, these funds will be placed in a combination of a Custodial Account and a 529 College Savings Plan. Based upon historical returns, we would expect these funds to be able to completely fund college for Ryan, as well as a used vehicle when he reaches driving age, and any unexpected medical expenses that may also arise.
Some reading this will have the capacity to donate $10; others will have the capacity to donate $1,000 or more. Please give as you are able and feel led to. If you are unable to give at this time, we completely understand. Please help Morgan first and foremost by lifting her and Ryan up in prayer as they navigate through this difficult season.
Thank you for keeping Morgan and Ryan in your prayers and for considering this opportunity to surround them with our support.
