NATCA ZHU Helps Pilots and First Responders

Remember the shutdown? Remember the sometimes crushing uncertainty of not knowing when you’d get your next paycheck?  Remember how a thoughtful slice of pizza or sandwich helped you feel that you weren’t forgotten in a time of crisis?

As we all know, the aviation industry is facing an uncertain and perilous future, the likes of which we haven’t seen before. Some of the very pilots who thought of us during those hard times are in need of the same kind of reassurance. While we can’t pay their mortgages, we can let them know that they have friends on the other side of the radio who haven’t forgotten about their kindness. 

Not only are pilots affected, but our first responders are also on the front lines of this crisis. These men and women are working selflessly around the clock to protect their communities from this devastating virus, and while we can’t get them home to their families any time sooner, we can certainly help them with the cost of their next meal.
