Nans leukaemia photoshoot

Hey everyone. We all know how special grandparents are. My nan is very special to me,  she is my best friend and has been the one person who has always been there for me.  Over a year ago she was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Recently I went to a light the night event and it finally hit me that the most important person in my life is dieing. I spoke about this moment with a very good friend of mine and he said I need to make sure I do things with her before she goes and make sure Im not to late. My nan cherishes my son. She has been with him every single day since he was born. ( his almost 3) he is her light and I know he is one of the reasons she keeps fighting. Her biggest goal is to be alive for his first day at school. Its her birthday in December and for my Nan I want to organise her a photo shoot with my pop and my son playing in the garden since its one of their favourite things to do together. The photos from the photo shoot will then be professionally made into a picture Album.  I can also pass the album onto my son when he is old enough to cherish the beautiful moments he shared with my nan.  The photo shoot and the book will cost $1500 I want to use the Go fund me account so friends and Family and anyone else can donate money and be a apart of this special present I want to give nan before the Leukaemia completely takes over her body. Every one who donates I will put their name in a card or if possible I will have everyones names printed at the back of the album. It will mean the world to me to be able to do this for her and  any donations will be extremely  appreciated.
