Namibia 2020 Conservation Trip

Next year, with my school, I am planning on travelling to Namibia as part of a conservation trip. There, we will be staying at Oana, an old farm land, and performing tasks to help it become suitable to be used as a nature reserve. We will also be visiting REST, an organisation that helps rehabilitate lesser known endangered animals, such as the Pangolin. Additionally, we will be visiting various wildlife reserves and conducting research to help with studies being conducted by professors from across the globe.

The money raised for the trip will go towards all travel, accommodation, ticket prices and food for the three weeks I will be spending in Namibia, as well as the journey to and from the country.

By going on this trip not only am I assisting the non-profit organisations help the wildlife in need, but I will learn about this fantastic country and the beautiful habitats and animals it has to offer.
