Hi!

Meine 13 Jahre alte Hündin hat eine Pyometra (Gebärmutterentzündung) und braucht eine OP. Wir dürfen zwar in Raten zahlen, aber die Rechnung ist sehr hoch, wodurch wir finanzielle Schwierigkeiten haben.

Ich fühl mich sehr unwohl dabei nach Geld zu fragen, bin aber leider grade etwas hilflos. Selbst wenn ihr nur 1€ habt, den ihr beitragen könnt, wäre das für uns eine riesige Erleichterung.

Ich erwarte nicht, dass wir das Ziel erreichen, ich habe es nur da angesetzt, weil das die Kosten der OP deckt und teilweise die damit zusammenhängenden Behandlungen (bspw. Medikamente). Aber ich erwarte nicht, dass mir Menschen so viel Geld geben, wie gesagt, ich freu mich über jeden winzigen Beitrag und bin dafür auch auf ewig dankbar. ❤️

UPDDATE: Nalas OP am 12.06.2025 ist gut verlaufen, sie konnte direkt am gleichen Abend mit zu uns nach Hause. Sie bekommt noch einiges an Medikamenten und ist sehr müde. Essen und Trinken tut sie gerade irgendwie auch noch nicht so super regelmäßig. Vermutlich ist sie aber auch einfach zusätzlich durch die Hormonumstellung belastet. Bei der Nachsorge waren die Ärztinnen aber zufrieden mit ihr. Nach ca. 2 Wochen können die Fäden gezogen werden. Die OP selbst hat um die 1400€ gekostet, dazu kommen noch die Kosten vom Notdienst, als sie die Nacht bleiben musste und die Nachsorgeuntersuchungen mit Fäden ziehen. Wir rechnen mit einer Rechnung von ca. 4500€, die wir dann in Raten zahlen können. Die Spenden hier haben uns schon mehr als eine Rate gedeckt und das ist eine unfassbare Erleichterung für uns. Ich kann mich nicht genug bedanken und Worte reichen auch gar nicht aus, ich bin wirklich total überwältigt. Danke von ganzem Herzen! ❤️ Mehr Infos folgen.

My 13 year old dog has a pyometra and needs surgery. We are allowed to pay in installments but the bill is still really high and put us in a difficult situation financially.

I feel really uncomfortable asking for money, but I currently don't know what else to do. If you only have 1€ you can give that would already be a relief to us.

I am not expecting to reach the goal, I just set it that high, because that's what the surgery and some additional medical treatment (like meds) cost. I don't expect people to give me that amount money, like I said I am frateful for every tiny amount you're able to give me and eternally grateful ❤️

UPDDATE: Nalas Surgery on the 12th of june 2025 went well, we were able to pick her up the same evening and bring her home. She's getting some more medication currently and very tired. Eating and drinking is a little irregular at the moment. But probably she's also stressed out by the hormonal changes. The vets were content with her healing process when we went there for aftercare. After approximatly 2 weeks they will take the stitches out. The surgery itself costs around 1400€, additionally to that there's the costs of the emergency service where she had to stay at the vet over night and the aftercare with taking the stitches out. We estimate the final bill will be around 4500€, which we then pay in installments. The donations here already covered more than the first installment and that's such a huge relief to us.
