Nadege Philippe for Ward 1 City Councilor

Hello all, my name is Nadege Philippe and I am running for Ward 1 City Councilor in Malden. I feel like we need a change that we aren’t seeing. A few of the changes I’ve gotten mutual input on are issues such as trash; revisiting the trash barrel program to give homeowners barrels that actually work. The lack of street lights on some streets, the water/sewage and its piping, rent control, and possibly raising residential tax exemption to 35% to help seniors and homeowners with their tax bills. Also, I would like to see more youth programs! With your support, I believe we have a chance of our voices being heard and for us to see the change we so desperately need.
