Sandra Berry,Civil and Community Rights Activist, the co-founder of The Neighborhood Gallery, New Orleans, La, Breast Cancer Advocate and Survivor, transitioned this life on Thursday, August 13, 2015. Her endless contributions and commitment throughout the years were welcomed by our community with joy, admiration, and inspiration.
The family welcomes any donations or contributions toward the events for her Celebration of Life on behalf of her memory and legacy. Services will be held Friday, August 21, 2015 at 12 pm at First Grace UMC, 3401 Canal Street. Neighborhood Gallery Showcase will be on Saturday, August 22 ,2015. ( Place and Time TBA) Any excess proceeds will go towards a Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship in her memory.
