Helping Ella

If you know Mark and Ashlie Harris or any of their children, then you know what genuinely incredible people they are. They are always the first to step in when help is needed, embodying the phrase "Love in Action." They have taken my little family under their wings and have helped us more times than I can count - and I know I am not alone in being on the receiving end of their love, generosity, and goodness.

Recently, Ella, Mark and Ashlie's youngest daughter, was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), a rare and aggressive type of brain cancer. She has been in Denver receiving treatments for a few weeks now. Ella is a kind-hearted, loving, brave, and beautiful girl who brings joy to everyone she meets. Her smile lights up the world, and her laughter is magical.

I am setting this account up to help ease some of the burden and stress that comes with the treatments, travel, and life changes that a diagnosis of DIPG brings. 100% (minus any gofundme fees) of any money raised through this account will go directly to Ashlie, Mark, Ella, and their family. The Harris family has been a lighthouse in my life. They have helped me and so many others more than they know. This gofundme is my way of trying to give back some of the love, care, and concern they have shown and to let them know they are not alone in this fight.
