Rescue My Mom From Puerto Rico

Hurricane Maria.
My mother's name is Carlina Louise. She is 72 years old and she retired on Puerto Rico a little more than 10 years ago. Until recently, she has lived a very happy and normal life there.
As you know, Puerto Rico has been hit by two recent hurricanes. 100% loss of power grid, there won't be power on her remote side of the island for at least a year. No running water and her town's water supply is fed from Lake Guahataca, where the dam here has failed. Gasoline supplies have dwindled. Food is spoiling.
To complicate things further, earlier this year my mother had been diagnosed with a very serious medical condition. I am not going to elaborate on what she is sick with at this time because I do want to protect her medical privacy. I will tell you that she began treatment just before the hurricanes hit, treatment she will need to continue or she is not going to live.
I have seen some recent pics and video from her neighborhood. I'm pretty sure her home was destroyed. See the video I attached.
I have the utmost faith that our government will help fully rebuild Puerto Rico, even stronger than it ever was. However time is not on my mom's side.
I have made the decision to travel to Puerto Rico to find my mother, secure her safety, secure her health, and bring her back to the mainland as she is not going to be able to sustain proper healthcare and diet in Puerto Rico. I need your help.
My #1 ask here is that you simply repost this. This will help me reach a maximimum number of people that may be able to help with information about my mother's whereabouts and her current health.
We are going to exhaust our savings, I have borrowed 100% of the equity of my home, and I have withdrawn from my retirement. Travel to PR is going to be very dangerous and costly. If you are able to donate, myself and my family would be eternally grateful. Literally any dollar amount you can spare will absolutely help us.
Any surplus donations will be donated directly to Red Cross in Puerto Rico to help the citizens of Puerto Rico get through this crisis.
