The Howells' turn 1 & rock Tour De 4 for Bowel Cancer UK

Want to join us on our 1st wedding anniversary in supporting a good cause? We're raising money for Bowel Cancer UK by taking part in Tour De 4 on 7th September, our first wedding anniversary ♥️

THE HOWELLS' ARE OFFICIALLY ONE!!!!

And what a first year it has been! Filled with love, laughter... and chemo. It's been a gruelling year for Mr Howells and Mrs Howells is a little knackered too but that's not stopping us from making the trip to Glasgow and joing in the cycling fun.

Tour De 4 was established by Sir Chris Hoy with a clear purpose: to demonstrate that a Stage 4 diagnosis, while devastating, doesn't define the limits of what's possible.... and isn't Mr. Howells a shining example of that with his own stage 4 diagnosis.
