This September, we – Beth, Ross, Liam and Sohaib – are cycling the Tour de 4 around Scotland to raise £800 for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity. They help children and families through some of their toughest times, and we want to put our pedal power to good use.

We’ve been swapping lie-ins for training rides, battling the weather, and learning the hard way that padded shorts are non-negotiable. Your support – big or small – will not only spur us on up the hills, but will help make a real difference where it’s needed most!!
