In September, I'm riding the Tour de 4 Blue challenge - a 37 mile bike ride around Glasgow with my dad & brother.

I'm raising money for Prostate Cancer UK as the work they do to raise awareness for early screening is so important!

A few years ago, my dad was offered screening that helped him receive treatment early. So I was devastated to hear about the diagnosis of my school friend Chris Hoy, and that he wasn't offered screening earlier despite having a high family risk.

Hearing about the Tour de 4 and chance to support my old pal, was my motivation to hop on a bike and train for this challenge.
