Legal Fees to defend against Bullying

I have been a victim of repeated cyber and email bullying and harassment for almost one year now.
It recently escalated with me suffering mild heart attack on 22 Nov 2019 due these ultra aggressive behaviour by a person in the community, and gave me depression and low personal esteem that made me think of suicide  and personal harms to myself.
But... IT is Now time to fight back! 
I would appreciate your support for me to fight this battle, not so much for my own victory BUT as a template for others to uphold anti Bullying , specially Cyber and online attacks.
