My APV Minivan Repairs

Raising money to get my van fixed, then maybe I can move, even if I have to live in it a few months to save up to move into new apartment. Unfortunately, living off my VA Disability Compensation I'm falling more and more behind in money, not getting ahead because the government has no idea what a real cost of living increase is, and it ain't $20/mo!
