Mutual Aid for Our Resident Alien Superstar

To our dear communities in Austin, hospitality, and this gem of a corner of the world: today, we have the chance to return the warmth, love, and support that Tyrone has shown us for [time redacted]. As we all know, recent years have been difficult even for the most resilient of us, and it’s been especially hard to come by that most healing of resources: rest. Our friend has recently encountered some medical issues and, while navigating them with the grace that he does everything, needed some time away from the restaurant to get back to one hundred percent. We’re raising funds to cover housing, food expenses and (because of the hellscape that is the American healthcare system) medical debt while Tyrone recovers and make sure that stress isn’t a part of the coming days, or a contributor to ongoing pain. It’s our hope that with this relief, the recovery will be smooth and we’ll have the best voice in town back in our arms soon!
