Mutual Aid Drive - CT SRA

The Connecticut Socialist Rifle Association is committed to supporting and defending our community by providing relief to anyone who is unemployed, unable to go to the store, or otherwise currently food insecure. No one should go hungry while we have the ability to feed them. While the Coronavirus has exposed many weaknesses in our system, it is also a chance for us to come together and show the best parts of ourselves as well. The safety of our communities doesn't have to come from the barrel of a gun; we protect our friends and neighbors with full bellies and comfort, too.

We are assembling dry goods, fresh produce, hand sanitizer, and masks, and delivering them to community organizations and individuals anywhere in Connecticut ; no contact dropoff is always an option. We are also looking forward to using funds to build community gardens, provide medical training to communities and otherwise increase peoples' ability to detach from dependence on capitalism.
