Rescue Stephen Akana

Steven Akana is one very special person ,  a real local Hawaiian boy, who was very gifted as a Ukulele player,  entertainer, composer and singer  Starred of the show rooms many years ago… ..Now  Stevens on tough times .. inHis mid eigties  


Early each and every morning ..the handicap van bring Steve  to the beach at Ala Moana Beach Park  near life guard One Delta.   He goes for an early swim. 
 Stephen then plays ukulele and he's is gifted..he has a repertoire of hundreds of songs The  people on the beach hear every every day.... no money is accepted 


 Before swimming swim he always took a big plastic bag and put his personal belongings up in a tree which has worked for many years… 
Unfortunately some miscreant found the bag ripped it open and took Steven's only cash and all  his credit cards,  his telephone and quite a few other personal items including his prize ukulele.  The police were very empathetic and took a long report and  photographs and videos were made. 


Steve is also a patriot....
