Mountain Rescue and Prostate Cancer Uk

Hi, I'm Leo.

I am setting my self the challenge of doing the Welsh 3 peaks by bike in June 2024. This will involve running up and down Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan and riding the 120 miles in between. All within 24 hours.

If anyone would like to join me on the final run (probably more of a walk by then) up Pen y Fan then please let me know so I can keep you up-to-date on dates and expected time. It would be very much appreciated.

I would like to raise money for charity by doing so and have chosen Mountain Rescue as I have been rescued by them before and lost friends in the mountains so appreciate the work their volunteers do. I have also chosen prostate cancer research as I lost my father to the disease.

The money raised will be split equally between the 3 charities;

Mountain Rescue England and Wales,

Mountain Rescue Scotland,

Prostate Cancer Research.
