More Human Kindness In Greece

Many of you will remember my first trip to Greece in 2016 to help with the Refugee crisis and the epic 2015 welly campaign. News may have moved on but the suffering is worse since the borders closed with thousands upon thousands of people trapped in desperate situations. This crisis has weighed heavy on my mind for over two years now and although I’ve sent money and helped connect people it never seems quite enough. It’s time to make a return trip. This time to Lesvos. The island that first captured my heart and got me involved in all of this. I never ended up going there in 2016 but that is where our welly donations went and where the need is still massive. I plan to return for just under a week in April to work with and support a local NGO Humans4Humanity. They are doing fabulous work and strive every day to make the life of vulnerable refugees a little more bearable. As before this entire trip will be self funded. I will fund my flights, accommodation and expenses. Every penny you donate will go right to where it is needed and I will keep you updated by blogging about my experiences.
