More than Madden:For Elijah Clayton

Hello everyone,


My name is Ivana Lee and I am a fourth year dental student at UCLA School of Dentistry. One of my closest friends and classmates here at UCLA, Delano Hankins, suffered a tragic loss this week with the death of his younger brother. Elijah Clayton was murdered at the Madden tournament mass shooting in Jacksonville, Florida. Elijah was a bright young man and was the 3rd best Madden player in the world. He had plans to use his earnings from Madden towards his college education before his life was taken too soon. Elijah was so loved and many will feel heartache with his loss.


Support for Elijah’s family should come from beyond the Madden community because Elijah was more than a gamer; He was a brother, a son, a friend and so much more. I would like to ask that we come together as a community and support Delano and his family as they go through this trying time. 100% of the donations will go to Elijah’s family.
