Welcome to our fundraising page! We are Briony, Anika, Israel and Joseph from Team Polish My Sausage. In today's crazy, crazy world, it is becoming increasingly difficult for the honest food vender to live. Well I say screw society! Let’s take our sausages to Mongolia.
This summer, Briony, Anika, Israel and Joseph are taking their sausage truck half way around the world. We are driving 10,000 Miles from the UK to Mongolia to fulfil our dream. Our planned route is posted in the images below.
Over the course of these 10,000 Miles, we will pass through the following countries:

We have the finances we need to take this trip. However, we are concerned about one thing:
Everyone knows our steaming hot meat is best enjoyed on a cool summer day. So please, help us keep the summer cool.
While we will be high up in the mountains and deep in the deserts of Central Asia, we know that the tropical rainforests are our first line of defense against climate change. Therefore, team Polish My Sausage has teamed up with The Adventurists to raise funds for Cool Earth, a charity dedicated to stopping deforestation. Unlike many other organizations battling climate change, Cool Earth focuses on empowering people who live within threatened areas. By building sustainable economies within the rainforests, communities can resist efforts to chop it down for short-term financial gain.
This hands-on and pragmatic strategy is working! Cool Earth is the most successful organization battling deforestation, surpassing NGOs and Government initiatives. Cool Earth estimates that they have equipped 14 schools, protected over 80 native and endangered species, saved over 150 Million trees, and produced over 48 Billion liters of fresh water in Peru, Papua New Guinea and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
100% of all money raised on this page will go to Cool Earth and to the communities who thrive in the rain forrest.
