Hi, this is Andre Hamilton and Marissa Wilson and we are popping up on your social media, iMessage, text message, email or even physical letter in order to raise some funds to adopt our nephew within the next year. He is a delightful 14 year old boy. Full of laughter, good vibes, intelligence and so much potential. Sadly, at the age of 1 years old, he lost his mother to an illness. He was raised by Andre’s mother and her husband for 11 years until she also unexpectedly passed away in 2017. He is now living with his great grand-mother in Portland, Jamaica. As you can tell from the video in this post, he is a very creative, clever, hard-working individual. I believe that Canada will open him up to a bunch of opportunities that can unlock his full potential. I also believe that the presence of a strong positive male role model, his uncle (my fiancé) will impact his identity, in a positive way, during the transformative years of a teenager. At the age of just 14, he has already suffered a tremendous amount of heartbreak, hardships and loneliness. I believe God has put it on my heart to help him as much as I can. With your help, we will do everything in our power to give him a beautiful life. All funds donated will be used towards the lawyer fees, adoption fees, application fees, medical fees and any and all of his necessities.
