Mom - Tornado Victim No Insurance
Donation protected
Around 1:00 a.m. on August 26, a tornado hit Kim's home in Sienna Plantation. She didn't even have time to take cover with her small dog. It tore off a large portion of the roof in minutes. Rain poured into the home for the next few hours upstairs and down. Her home flooded. Much of her ceiling, flooring and things are ruined. Kim has no insurance. She was in the process of trying to get a new policy for home, but was denied due to hurricane in the Gulf.
Neighbors arrived first to see if she was okay during the tornado. She is safe, but can't live in home. As I write, Sienna neighbors are still trying to salvage anything they can before rain starts again. God Bless everyone for helping. Kim appreciates the overwhelming love and support.
Any donation is so much appreciated. Please help her rebuild and replace. Please feel free to share. We want to do anything we can to help my amazingly brave friend.
