Our Loving Family Dog-Medical Bill

Our sweet 1 year old puppy was bitten twice by a rattlesnake on a family hike last Sunday. He was running down the trail and all of a sudden jumped/bounced into the air a couple times...as we looked down we saw a rattlesnake. Our poor baby boy was just attacked by a rattlesnake. He then ran away and we thankfully found him responsive a couple minutes later and rushed him to the hospital. Once he arrived to the hospital they stated he was severely painful with gentle touch and unwilling to bear any weight on the limb. The next few days were rough for Braxton and our family...but we just couldn't give up. He's fur baby and part of the family, he was too young to lose his life....no matter what it was going to take we were going to go through all the options to save his life. After 4 anti-venom vials, 2 plasma transfusions, a red blood cell transfusion and special care he was able to come home . Our 2 year old daughter Lillian couldn't be happier, she has her partner in life back. We are so thankful God restored life in him.
