It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Johnny Horn, beloved brother, son, and friend. Johnny faced many challenges in his life, including living with schizophrenia, but those who knew him will remember him as a kind, quiet, and gentle soul.

Though life took him on a difficult journey, his heart remained warm and his spirit strong. Johnny’s story is a reminder of the importance of compassion and understanding for those who are struggling.

He will be deeply missed by his family and those who cared for him. Please keep Johnny and his family in your thoughts during this time as we grieve his loss.

We are aiming to raise enough money to cover the costs of a celebration of life and say goodbye to our friend Johnny. His brother Josh will welcome any assistance you can provide. There are no planned services as of the creation of this fundraiser (12/25/2024). I will update accordingly. Thank you for your consideration and help as Josh and his loved ones figure this out.
