Braces for Blake

My name is Brian Surgeoner. My wife Fawn Surgeoner and I are trying to raise enough money to get our son Blake braces on his bottom teeth. His insurance will cover the top and not the bottom. We were told his estimated cost for the bottom would be $2,500.00. With everything that is going on today it is hard to come by the money to pay for this ourselves. Any little bit would help and would go directly to his dental bill. His appointment is October 5th at 8:30 am. We have to have at least $300.00 by then if we want the bottoms done. The rest can be paid later. Photos will be posted once the work is done as proof as it has been done and to let everyone see Blake with his new braces.
