Looking for a miracle is like looking for a needle in a haystack; elusive and hard to come by.

WHAT WE KNOW:
We have learned there is a 'spot' or mass is a 5cm tumor wrapping around the bile duct and abutting the surrounding organs next to his pancreas. As of 9/8/17, the oncology team believes we are looking at a form of Lymphoma.
We are currently awaiting the final pathology of the biopsy. Our hearts are in pieces as we continue to watch our youngest son in pain, physically and emotionally. 

Mike continues to spend time in the hospital, as after each release his body tells him "nope! Not happening. We prefer the cold, hard hospital bed over your comfy house. Take us back!" before shutting back down.

It isn't supposed to be this way; parents caring for the needs of our children but if we could change places with him, we would. In a heartbeat.

THE HARD TIMES 
This summer, our son Mike was diagnosed initially with Acute Pancreatitis in which the doctor noted a spot on his pancreas. Throughout the summer he grew increasingly ill and ended back up in the hospital. After three different hospital stays, X-rays, CT scans, ERCP's,  bone marrow & laporoscopic biopsy's ...well you get the picture; there have been extensive medical expenses adding up as each day rolled by. 

Patricia and I will do our best to help the kids, and asking for financial help isn't our style.  But Mike and Sara have asked for help, and as parents who would do anything to make the journey ahead easier, we are looking for help where we can.
