Dear friends and family,
We are writing today to inform you of the passing of our mother, Michelle Almazan. For the past two weeks she has continued to struggle with her illness. She was in the hospital for about a week and then was sent to be monitored under home hospice care. On the morning of September 7th, 2020 we received a call that she was rushed to Silver Cross Hospital. After being informed about her condition we concluded the next best option for her was community hospice care. After only a few hours the nurses at the facility informed our family, after rounds, that our mother has passed.
We are absolutely devastated by our mothers sudden passing and we are struggling to find the funds for her memorial service. Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We are so very grateful for every donation during this difficult time.
