Mia's Kippel Fiel Syndrome Emergency Help!

Donation protected
This is the most humbling post I could ever put out in the public, you will understand as you read. Thank you for reading this, please know my heart needs love and if you think you have resources that can help please let me know!

So:
I recently have been formally diagnosed with Kippel Fiel Syndrome and unable to work bc I cannot get a medical release. This diagnosis syndrome and cervigoica which enables me work, drive, lifting, bending, etc...

Therefore, I initially filled for FMLA with City who is my employer. They denied my FMLA Income, bc this diagnosis isnt considered "catastrophic". I absolutely disagree with that decision, I could be paralyzed at any moment if I exert myself in anyway!

So, ultimately the answer is neurosurgeon must surgically fix the C7 and t1 which has been found to have no disc or stability. Even though the surgery is the ultimate answer, my neurosurgeon confirmed that I will have to have another medical fusion on each vertebrae going down my back every 5 years.

So instead of hiding and not asking for help, I'm going to do the opposite of what I have been doing. Im going to literally list my financial situation at this time. Please read the next portion with grace in your hearts. I'm not doing this for the money, I am truly asking you for advice. In order to give good advice to someone who is struggling; you have to know exactly what is going on.

So see the following list:

1. I have received my letter of eviction. I have to pay 2200 to catch up and they want me out by this Sunday!!

2. My car no longer is working. I got a quote $2700

3. My phone and internet have been turned off because of non-payment. I owe $300 to get that back up and running. I can use my phone via Wi-Fi and I do that often since I live near a Starbucks.

4. I have kept up with my electric and water bills with child support.

5. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING!! MY SURGERY IS GOING TO COST $5510!! THE COPAY! By 8/22/24

6. So, I am NOT OK! IM IN PAIN, IM DEPRESSED, STRESSED, & I need the good people I care about to please help! Help doesn't mean money, ADVICE AND RESOURCES are just as valuable!! THIS IS SO HUMBLING. I FEEL DISGUSTING.

7. My income now consist of $800 a month for child support.

There now you know everything.

If you do choose to donate please don't donate anything if you need it .... Increments of $5-$10 it would help me so much! Especially if you will share this with people who might be able to help in anyway.

It would help me stay in my beautiful apartment that I worked so hard to get! I started at the women's shelter 2 years ago leaving a very abusive relationship! If you know me you know how hard I have worked to get where I am now. I can't start over again. Especially bc I have no control over this medical situation. Please!

Additionally:

My disability case is being handled by Packard and LaPray; which are wonderful lawyers here in Beaumont, Texas. I just need help to get back on track and once the disability case is approved I know I can get ahead and pursue my passions like a normal American. As, most you know, I'm highly educated and not being able to work has really altered my mind too.

Thank you for reading if you got this far. Just take 2 seconds to pray for me right now. If you did get this far, I probably love you in real life ❤️

I'm going to attached my medical diagnosis ppwk for verification on my situation.
