Tricia Ciccarelli Scholarship Fund

In honor of my mom and her passion for giving, our family has decided to choose one nursing student from Northeastern University to receive a $10,000 memorial scholarship which will be dispersed over their five-year education. We have had a memorial scholarship for her at Northeastern for the past five years, but this is the first time we are focusing on one nursing student’s journey from year one to graduation.

Whether she was encouraging her four kids to have a lemonade stand for the 3-day walk for breast cancer or physically walking the 60 miles herself, my mom always found ways to give back during her lifetime. After completing her education at Northeastern University, she was a labor and delivery nurse at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for 13 years where she stayed true to her benevolent way. As a nurse, her calming presence and ability to treat everyone as if they were her only priority left her patients with an empathetic experience.

Any donation is greatly appreciated, as I know my mom would be humbled with the opportunity to provide this scholarship to a well deserving student who will be able to give back not only as a nurse, but in all aspects of their life.
