Mental health and suicide of all ages

I have personally experienced mental health in the past. Ive also lost 2 family members due to suicide. One was my sister in 2006 and the other was my 14 year old son in 2021.

This is my first journey into solo hiking in various types of terrain so i thought what better way to start this off than to raise some money for charity.

On the 15th of January 2025 I shall be taking on the famous 46 mile peddlars way walk in Norfolk, starting at knettshall Heathe to Holme next to sea. I'll be doing this challenge solo with my 15kg rucksack of kit for spending the nights out in whatever the weather shall bring. Estimated time is 3/4 days total.
