Mending Kids Guatemala

Mending Kids is an organization that works around the world to give sick children life saving surgical care, and improving the medical care in their communities by offering training and advancing the services they are able to provide. My school has offered me and four others the once in a lifetime experience to go on their Guatemala mission and assist the doctors and nurses working to give free surgeries that will save lives for children who wouldn't otherwise get access to the care they need. We will focus on general and urological surgeries. We hope to mend 40 children in the week we are there. My school is already funding us 2,000 dollars, but we still need to get 1,000. I am hoping to raise the money I need to go on this mission and save lives. Thank you!
