Services for brothers Mike and Tim Grom

Donation protected
Michael D. Grom (Dec. 15th, 1974 - Apr. 4th, 2020) passed away in his home from a heart attack and sadly only 3 days later his brother Timothy C. Grom (Jun. 29th, 1976 - Apr. 7th, 2020) also passed away in his home from a heart attack.  They were both only 45 and 43 years old and hardly ever lived a part. Tim was told days before he passed away that there was no better pair of brothers than him and Mike and there are no truer words than those. They were inseparable until their last moment in this world and will continue to be inseparable for the rest of eternity.  They were both Cub fans, loved sports and movies, and were superstars to us all.  Their deaths were too sudden and a shock for everyone to comprehend because they were loved so much and could be counted on for anything.  They will be severely missed and forever in our hearts.  There is no doubt that their passing is being felt by all they had the pleasure and good fortune to meet.  Our hearts go out to every one of you.  Your prayers and support during this time has touched us deeply and has given us a sense of peace knowing how much they were loved.  We will miss their kindness, friendliness, humor, and spirits.

We lost 2 of the greatest people, but I have no doubt that they are a part of the elite in heaven with our mother Shirley Grom and are all shining down on their loved ones.  They were survived by their father and stepmother, Thomas and Linda Grom, Timothy's kids, Alora and Owen Grom, Brother, Joshua Bentivegna, Sister Christina Grom, Nephews: Manuel Hernandez and Jackson Bentivegna, Nieces: Leiana Hernandez, and Isabella Bentivegna. Grandparents Andy and Mary Bentivegna, Nicole and Jack Hand.  Also, by many adoring and loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins from the Grom, Monroe, and Bentivegna families.

We know that there are many of you that would love to help in any way you can and as times continue to be hard, we would appreciate any donation made in their honor.  It is a hard situation to process and to help us relieve any financial stress that often follows these untimely tragedies would be beyond our deepest gratitude.  Thank you, God Bless, and take care of your loved ones. We love you, Mike and Tim!  Waukegan will never be the same.

Always and Forever.
