Kavika (Sofia) Chugh was taken from us suddenly on Dec 14th at 2:56am. Kavika had been out with some close friends to view a meteor shower at the Ocean. On their way back home, a car veered into
oncoming traffic and hit them head on.
Kavika was 23 years old. She had just graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kavika graduated with honors and had recently started working as a Registered Nurse at Doctor Phillips Hospital.
We remember Kavika as a gifted, vibrant and caring person. She dedicated her life to helping others professionally and on a personal level. She found a way to connect with everyone. She also had a passion for animals and had a variety of pets throughout her short life including a pig, chicken, mouse, crayfish, and cat.
In lieu of flowers, her family will be donating funds to a charity that had meaning to her. We will announce the charity at a later date.
