Memorial fund for Duchesne, single mom o 3

Duchesne Cadet was born March 25, 1977. Born and raised on Chestnut Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Daughter of Sonia Cadet who just passed away on January 12, 2022. Her mom was laid to rest on the morning of the same day that Duchesne suffered a sudden heart attack and died. Duchesne was 44 years young, leaving behind three children. Her oldest daughter of 24 years old Pearl Dehaney, second daughter Empress Cadet, and youngest son Shiloh Dehaney.

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 Duchesne accompanied her children, and her best friend/sister Donna to her mom‘s second viewing which was followed by the burial in Cypress Hill cemetery. They all then returned to Donna’s house on Chestnut Street so Duchesne could spend some joyful time with her children, catching up on memories related to her mom Sonia. Upon arrival Duchesne complained about some stomach pains but proceeded to enjoy her time, and tried to ignore it. Unfortunately the pain became unbearable and would not go away. God had other plans for Duchesne as she was called to rest in heaven with her mom Sonia.

Due to her sudden tragic death and unfortunate series of events, we are asking that all friends and family come together to help us in making her a proper funeral service by donating whatever you can.

We will be posting updates on this page with information in relation to where the monies will go toward, as well as funeral arrangements, dates, and addresses. The plan for the remainder balance, if any, will go completely to her three children in a savings account. They are now left with the task of getting financially back on their feet, supporting their 15 year old brother, and giving him whatever he may need in making sure he fulfills his mothers wishes of graduating from high school.
