it has come to our attention that there are false stories circulating the Internet surrounding the circumstances of Garrett’s passing. Some of these stories involve false information of his parents, Barbara and Jason passing as well.

Please be assured that although grieving, Garrett’s surviving family members are alive and well. If you have donated to this specific go fund me link, you will have received a direct thank you from organizer, Erica Ogle. Please be advised that this is the only link that is valid for donations.

Although we hate that this must be specified, we see that there are so many false stories circulating that we don’t want anyone to fall victim in the future to a potential scam. We thank you again for your support and ask that you disregard rumors found on the Internet.

Dear family, friends and community,

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outpouring of love and support that we have received since my son’s passing. Please know that I wish to acknowledge each one of you personally and individually, but at this time, I’m hopeful that this statement will reach all who have touched our lives during this time through prayer, calls, texts and kind words. I am overwhelmed by the love that my son has received and I know he would be so grateful to know you have provided comfort to his family during this time. At this time, the pain is incredibly indescribable and I’m hopeful that will begin to subside as we adapt to our new normal. We plan to continue to honor and memorialize Garrett for the incredible young man he was. For me, he’ll always be my baby. He’ll always be with me and I hope he’ll always be remembered by all of you as well. We will keep all informed as we make arrangements to celebrate his life. For now, I can only say thank you again for the support. It’s carried me though the past few days and I am eternally grateful.❤️

Hi, my name is Erica Ogle and I’m writing on behalf of the bereaved parents of Garrett Clark. Garrett’s mom, Barbara and father, Jason will be laying their youngest child to rest, following a recent tragedy. Garrett also leaves behind his beautiful, kind and loving sister, Lily Clark.
