On July 29th, Melissa was in a car accident (Melissa not being at fault) that left the front of her car totalled and ended up with her being sent to Bryan West in Lincoln where she had to undergo surgery on her leg that left her with 3 plates and more than 20 screws. Melissa will have a lengthy road to recovery.
The funds raised will help the family with fuel expenses, possible medical bills and any needs the family will face during her recovery time.
