Medical costs, prosthetic foot, for Jeremiah

Jeremiah was in a car accident on Oct 25th in the early morning, he ended up breaking multiple bones in his legs and feet. Soon after the accident the local fire company was able to remove him from the car and get him to the hospital. Since being there, he has had multiple surgeries and recently had his right foot amputated. In light of this, we are trying to raise money to help his family with any medical bills and possibly a prosthetic when the time is right.
