If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa, let me tell you what a wonderful person she is to everyone.  Vanessa always has a kind word and a smile for everyone. Because of the serious health issues her mom continues to have and her taking on the role of guardian for her little sister and supporting their household, she has never had the opportunity to do something for herself that she has wanted for most of her life - gender reassignment surgery.  We need to help - any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated.l
