McComas Adoption

Our names are Jack and Jenn McComas and we are so blessed you would take a moment to hear our story. We are praying for many folks like you to be stirred to give generously to help our family adopt an infant domestically as soon as possible. These babies and their birth mothers need our help! Once the money is here and the paperwork finished, we could be just a few months from touching a family with this new hope. $50,000 is a lot of money for just us two to pay, but for a community of affection it is only $1000 from 50 households or $100 from 500 families, or even $5 from 10,000 wallets. We can do this together! All from hearts who beat for the cause of adoption. We want to say with all of our hearts to those who give: Thank you!

Here is our story: Jack and I have been surprised and overwhelmed by the joy we felt upon deciding to bring a second generation of children into our home. We both have loved parenting with God these past 16 years and felt zeal to continue for another 20. There is more for us to give and children who need a family. Our hearts overflow with joy. 

Our journey has led us to domestic infant adoption - the right fit for us as missionaries and leaders in the House of Prayer.  Our route to adoption is one many have traveled before us, including our best friends 3.5 years ago, and one which has rescued countless children from abortion or being put into the foster system.  We plan to do this at least twice! Offering our hearts, our home, our resources and our love to at least two adopted children. All the money we raise will go to the adoption process - much of it to caring for the birth mom before and after delivery, to the child's hospital needs, and to all the agencies and professionals who will help match our families up. Not one cent will be wasted. We are honored by your gift and the heart in which you give it. May God richly fill your hearts with joy just as He is doing for ours.
