Second time's a charm right??
Hello friends, family, and everyone who has taken the time to visit my link!!
For those of you who don't know, I am a fourth year Social Work major at San Diego State University, and I am minoring in Child and Family Development as well. As a SW major, I am required to studying abroad in order to graduate, which I am on track to do in Spring 2018!!
The reason why I am starting this campaign up again is because I was not able to get a spot for the trip in Spring 2017, as seniors were given priority.
Fortunately, I am a senior now and have another (highly likely) chance at being able to reserve myself a spot for the trip this school year. However, I have just recently been made aware that the registration process has changed this year and my fees will need to be paid in full by October 10th (almost exactly a month from today) to hold my spot.
Thankfully, many friends and family members have donated, and I have been awarded a scholarship that will go toward my study abroad fees. While I have a bit more on my plate now that I intern every week and am still a full-time student, I am still managing to dedicate a few days a week to working at my campus bookstore to save money.
With all that being said, any donation of any amount would aid significantly in getting me to Japan this year, and I am confident that this will be my shot! Thanks for reading and supporting my efforts!!
