Matt Vick: 2020 PGA Professional Championship

Matt Vick, one of the Head Golf Professionals at Pinehurst Country Club, has once again qualified to compete in the PGA Professional Championship* held this April in Austin, Texas.  Matt qualified for the event by winning the 2019 Carolinas PGA Professional Championship in September. Read more here.   He'll also be competing locally at the WGA Wyndham  in Greensboro in August.

We are so proud that Matt is representing Pinehurst Country Club and our community in these national events!    Matt has many friends and co-workers that have expressed an interest in helping with the expenses for these upcoming trips.  If you would like help, please do so here ... and don't forget to write some encouraging words to Matt to let him know we are all rooting for him.

*The PGA Professional Championship is a golf tournament for golf club professionals and teachers who are members of the PGA of America.  It has been held since 1968, when touring professionals split off to found the PGA Tour.  This championship is the world's largest all-professional golf event.  Among the perks for doing well, the top 20 finishers qualify for the PGA Championship held in May.
