Matt Uhry has been told he will need a heart transplant and he has to travel to the Cleveland Clinic. Oddly enough, the Cleveland Clinic is in Cleveland, Ohio, and Matt lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This money will help with any expenses and travel costs.
