My name is Chelsea and On Friday, June 17th at 615AM, my brother Matthew Phillips was attacked by a man with a loaded AK and his girlfriend who attempted to rob him and steal his truck right outside his house in Parkland, Washington with my 3 year old niece in the back seat. After being shot in the mouth through his windshield, My brother was still able to disarm the man and subdue him until the Sheriff's arrived on scene. His only thought was keeping his daughter safe. The story can be seen on all local news stations. He had to have surgery yesterday to remove the bullet lodged in his tongue that had ricochet and took out four of his teeth. He does not feel safe taking his daughter back to his home in Parkland. We are trying to relocate him to a safer place. As we all know, moving is very expensive and he is a single father. We are trying to raise enough money to get him packed, moved, and for a first, last, and security deposit. We are asking for your help to make this a reality.
